Aperture
relates to the amount of light the camera lets in, we experimented with this as
we manually focused on an object in front of our partner in a shallow depth of
field then selectively focus on our partner in the background. We started on F
3.8 and stayed below F 22, as we could keep still enough for this setting
without a tripod.

This was with a shallow depth of field, this time we had a long depth of field and a tripod, as we were using an
aperture setting over F22, this meant it was harder to focus on objects in the
foreground and background separately.
